Ingredients:  Directions: Yields 6 servings  
2 pounds (3/4” thick) halibut or other firm fish steaks or fillets, fresh or frozen 

Thaw fish if frozen; dry well. Cut into 6 portions. Combine soup mix, 1 teaspoon Pappy’s Seafood Spice and sour cream. In a separate bowl mix Italian Bread Crumbs, 1 teaspoon Pappy’s Seafood Spice. Dip fish in sour cream mixture; roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in single layer on well greased shallow baking pan. Pour butter or oil over fish. Bake in 500 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix    
2 teaspoons Pappy’s Seafood Spice   
1 cup dairy sour cream   
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs   
1/4 cup melted butter, margarine or oil
